12” Water Depth: no additional weight needed, water filled core only.

13” Water Depth: one 4lb weight inserted into leg rest.

14”, 15″, & 16″ Water Depth: two 4lb weights must be inserted in leg rest.

17″ Water Depth: one 4lb weight inserted in backrest during assembly and two 4lb weights inserted into the leg rest to reduce lounger flotation. The leg rest is fully submerged.

18” Water Depth: at water depths greater than 17”, smaller & lighter people may feel they are floating above the lounger seating surface. You may need to experiment with adding weight to the backrest and leg rest portions of the lounger to reduce floating. In our testing at water depths greater than 17” it required one 4lb weight in the backrest portion of the lounger and three 4 lbs weights in the leg rest portion of the lounger to reduce lounger floatation.

Surface Heat Warning: Polyethylene material does get hot in the sun. Just like plastic coolers, plastic stadium seats, and other waterproof plastic products. Darker colors generally feel hotter to the touch than lighter colors when exposed to direct sun. It maybe necessary to splash the products with pool water to bring the seating surface temperature down to a comfortable level prior to use.
