Can I use my fire pit on a wooden deck?
Safety is our priority. While some models are designed for use on decks, we strongly recommend using a fire-resistant heat shield or deck protector pad under any fire pit to prevent scorching or damage to the wood or composite material.
What is your return policy for large items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of fire pits, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, we specialize in the retail of fire pits and accessories. For gas-powered or permanent masonry fire pits, we highly recommend hiring a local certified gas technician or licensed contractor to ensure a safe and compliant setup.
How do I maintain my fire pit to prevent rust?
To extend the life of your fire pit, we recommend using a weather-resistant cover when not in use. For steel models, regularly removing ash and applying a high-temperature silicone spray can help protect the finish from moisture and oxidation.
